Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, is a Ghanaian media personality, entrepreneur, television and radio host, producer, public speaker, and women’s advocate.

Early Life

Born on the 25th of June, 1982, in Nkawkaw, Eastern Region of Ghana, she attended Aburi Senior High School and later studied at Methodist University College. Raised by a single mother who passed away during her late teens, Delay began her career young, starting in local radio at age 17 with Life FM in Nkawkaw in 1999.

Career Milestones

She progressed to Top Radio in Accra in 2005, then Oman FM in 2007 until 2016, where she hosted the mid-morning show. In 2008, she launched her own TV show, The Delay Show, known for controversial celebrity interviews; she also produced Afia Schwarzenegger in 2011 and Cocoa Brown in 2016.
